Bun Run
About Bun Run
Schlotzsky’s Bun Run, 38 years strong in the city of Austin, will feature both a dog-friendly 5K Run/Walk and a Kids Fun Run. It’s a morning of fun activities from live music, local vendors and games. Every registered participant (including kids) will receive a Bun Run Shirt and finishing medal. Top winners in all age categories receive an additional prize and the fastest overall male and female runners win $500 each.
The Bun Run is a fun, family-friendly race that will run at The Domain shopping area. Kids can enjoy the Kids Korral, featuring kid-friendly activities, and everyone will enjoy a morning of running, music & excitement!

Austin Sunshine Camps
Schlotzsky’s is teaming up with Austin Sunshine Camps as their beneficiary for the 2019 Bun Run. Since 1928, Austin Sunshine Camps has been providing life changing camp experiences at no cost to low-income youth and their families. Their programs teach campers powerful lessons in community, character-building, skill development, healthy living, and more through healthy relationships and a sense of belonging.
